Problem
Bayer Garden had the opportunity to place 7” Multimedia Players carrying a pre-loaded but changeable video demonstrating the features and benefits of their Ground Clear weed control product for the key Easter trading period in 101 Wilkinson stores. However, the logistical challenge of reaching so many stores in such a short space of time was proving a challenge too far for Bayer Garden who wanted to focus their Sales teams time on servicing their customers product needs ahead of peak season.Solution
Benchmark implemented the installation of all 101 store displays complete with the MMP units in 2 weeks across the Wilkinson estate. The speed of implementation has optimised the sales message for the whole of the Easter build up and when this event has finished, the units will be moved, a new message loaded and a new promotional end established as the season for further products commences

Results
Sales were substantially up in these stores compared to the rest of the estate, and Bayer Garden were delighted with the return on their investment, optimising stock availability with the screen message gave a clear point of difference with their competitors
