- These detailed store reports are available on the website within 24 hours of the call being completed and are bespoke to a specific client’s needs, nothing is generic.
- We recognise our role as a clients’ “eyes and ears” across large retailer estates, and both through the website and our regular contact with customers, highlight trading issues and factors preventing sales quickly, resolving them if we can locally, but quickly giving the opportunity for clients to raise the issues at head office level as necessary.
